You may download any image in the wallpaper
section of Jasmine's Gallery for use as a background "wallpaper"
image, free of charge, but you may not use any other image in the gallery on
your web site without permission.
There is a licensing fee for the use of
any Jasmine's Gallery image on any commercial or personal web site, or in
any other form of print or electronic publication.
For personal, non-profit and small
businesses, for a one-time
minimum donation of $5.00 you can request an image license (some images are
not available for licensing, such as those in the "favorite
things" section). This license will cover
the use of any individual Jasmine's Gallery image for as long as you remain
online (this image must retain my copyright notice and URL, and you must
link back to www.brandijasmine.com
from the image). Once your payment is received via PayPal, I will email you
a copy of the image. If you send a donation of $20.00 or more, you will
receive an image containing only the notice "© 2002 Brandi Jasmine).
If you are already using an older image
from the gallery, or are a non-profit site, you may continue to do so
without paying a licensing fee. However, you must pay a new licensing fee if
you would like to use an image on a commercial page. If you are not sure if
your site is commercial - then it probably is. If you are making money
there, then it's commercial, unless the profits go to charity.
Under no circumstances may you
"hotlink"
to images on my site - you must retain a copy of the image on your own
server.
