Abuse Cyberbullying is one of the most cowardly forms of social
abuse and can take a number of forms. Adult peer abusers are often
relatives, loved ones and former love partners. There has been an
alarming growth in the reports of child-to-child peer abuse online
because of the ease of posting and perceptions of anonymity.
Adult Peer Abuse is often an
extension of abuse that started offline. The police are often the best
resource for dealing with an abusive former spouse. A good lawyer can be a
powerful ally.

Child to Child Peer Abuse almost
always starts in school. In my experience, the presence of a cooperative
school administration almost always is successful in cutting this sort of
abuse in the bud ... but unfortunately very few schools are willing to step
in unless the abuse takes place on school property.
